IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the mpo03 platform operated by mpo03 ("us", "we", "our", "the Company"). By accessing or using our website located at https://mpo03.cam and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the unique account created for you to access our Service.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. mpo03 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide verification documents within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Creation

You may create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide:

• Accurate and complete personal information (full legal name, date of birth, address, contact information).
• A valid email address and mobile phone number.
• A secure password meeting our complexity requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility. Notify mpo03 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpo03 implements mandatory KYC procedures to comply with responsible gaming regulations and prevent fraud. You must submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months, if requested.
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested.

Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal privileges may be restricted. Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. DEPOSITS AND ACCOUNT FUNDING

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo03 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity or fraud.
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are borne by the Player.
• mpo03 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or at mpo03's sole discretion.

4. WITHDRAWALS

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. To request a withdrawal:

1. Log in to your Account and navigate to the Cashier section.
2. Select your preferred withdrawal method and enter the amount.
3. Confirm the transaction and await processing.

Standard processing time: within 3 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• mpo03 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000).
• For security purposes, we may hold withdrawals for up to 24 hours for additional review.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily maximum Rp 100.000.000; monthly maximum Rp 500.000.000 (higher limits available for VIP players).

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

mpo03 may refuse or delay withdrawal requests if:

• Account verification is incomplete or documents are pending review.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds your available balance.
• Legal or regulatory obligations require additional investigation.

5. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mpo03 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x-30x the bonus amount).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots 100%, live casino 10-50%, sports betting varies by odds).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds (typically Rp 50.000 per bet).

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rp 10.000.000 (100% match on first deposit). Terms:

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

6. BETTING RULES AND GAME TERMS

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations or modifications are permitted except in cases of obvious error.
• mpo03 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors (incorrect odds, suspended markets, technical glitches).
• Maximum win per bet/ticket: Rp 100.000.000 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Results are determined by official sources (football leagues, lottery organizations, casino game providers).
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting rules follow international standards. Specific rules for football, basketball, tennis, and other sports are available in the Sports Rules section of our website. Key points:

• If a match is abandoned, bets are typically void unless the market is already determined.
• Settlement is based on official league results at the time of match completion.
• Live betting (in-play) rules may differ from pre-match betting.

6.3 Casino Games

9. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules.
• Your remaining balance (minus any active bonuses) will be returned to you.
• Personal data will be retained as required by law and our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by mpo03

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail KYC verification or provide fraudulent documents.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
• You become self-excluded or are excluded by a regulatory authority.

Upon closure for breach, mpo03 may withhold any funds pending investigation. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• mpo03 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
